Pastoral Lead for Year – Non-Teaching Head of Year (Term-Time)

This role focuses on championing student wellbeing, managing year-group pastoral care, and serving as the main link between school, pupils and families. Key duties include attendance monitoring, safeguarding coordination, conflict resolution, and supporting reintegration decisions with SLT.
