HR Generalist & People Ops Lead

SI Recruitment Limited is partnering with a Thirsk-based client to appoint an experienced HR generalist who will own the day-to-day HR function for around 70 employees. You will work closely with managers to provide practical HR support and ensure smooth people operations.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will manage ER matters end-to-end, maintain records, support recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and payroll coordination with Finance.
