Job Description:
Upwell Academy is seeking a compassionate, proactive pastoral support practitioner to join our school community. You will work closely with children, families and staff to remove barriers to education, strengthen home-school partnerships and promote positive attendance, wellbeing and engagement.
This role requires Level 2 English and Maths, Level 3 Education or equivalent, Level 4 Pastoral Support Practitioner, and safeguarding training or willingness to undertake.
