Talent Acquisition Specialist – 12-Month Contract

Veolia Group in Cannock is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator on a 12-month fixed term maternity cover, 32 hours per week across four days, with a hybrid working arrangement. This role focuses on delivering high-quality recruitment while supporting the business with best practices in talent acquisition.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, screen applications, maintain the Workday ATS, headhunt, build talent pools, and advise hiring managers on interview techniques and assessment methods.
