Remote Family Court Social Worker – Child Welfare Advocate

Cafcass is recruiting Family Court Advisers (Children’s Social Workers) to work in Private and/or Public Law teams across England. You will conduct assessments, speak with children to express their views to the court, and advocate for their best interests using robust risk assessment and mediation.

A Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England are essential, with a minimum of three years’ experience in children and families social work.
