People Operations Coordinator

Haven is seeking a dedicated People Administrator to support HR operations across our parks. You will play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, payroll, wellbeing, and administering people processes to ensure a positive and efficient workplace.

You will work closely with park leaders and managers to maintain accurate records, manage compliance tasks, and foster employee engagement through initiatives and recognition programs.
