Job responsibilities

• Responding to customer questions by email and online channels
• Helping users with advertisements, accounts and marketplace features
• Reviewing reported content and escalating technical or safety issues
• Working with internal administration tools
• Cooperating with development and marketing teams

Requirements

• Good written English
• Clear and friendly communication
• Reliable and responsible approach
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Advantage

• Previous customer support or marketplace experience
• Additional languages
• Experience with online classifieds, e-commerce or social platforms
• Experience using AI tools for support and content review
