Electronic Monitoring Support Officer – Field Operations

The Monitoring Support Officer (MSO) role in London South supports Serco’s Electronic Monitoring Services. Working across shifts, including weekends, the MSO ensures risk, safeguarding and service issues are identified and escalated promptly, combining sound judgement with clear communication.
