On-Site IT & Equipment Support Engineer

Capgemini in Crewe is seeking an IT support specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering proactive service on site five days a week. You will conduct regular floor walking, maintain spare equipment stock, and liaise with Production and Maintenance to resolve incidents.

You will manage incidents via Service Now, InTune and SCCM, create KBAs, and participate in daily/weekly meetings. A collaborative, flexible approach with on-call duties is essential.
