Onsite IT Support Engineer – First-Line Resolution

Back To Work is seeking a Desk Side Support Engineer to join the Workplace Service Centre in North Yorkshire. You will provide 1st line technical support to colleagues, resolving IT issues quickly so they can focus on their roles.

In this role you will diagnose incidents, collect information and work with the wider IT teams to restore service. Excellent communication and a collaborative mindset are essential as you support a fast-paced, team-based environment.
