Job Description:

The KTP associate will work on a structured Knowledge Transfer Partnership project (KTP) based at FLOX, supported by the academic team at NTU and key personnel inside FLOX.

  • The Associate will lead a high-profile innovation project involving computer vision, IoT sensing, environmental monitoring and operational farm data;
  • They will investigate relationships between bird behaviour, health, welfare, growth and nutrition; develop and validate predictive and early-warning models;
  • Build robust data pipelines;
  • Support the deployment of production-ready intelligence into customer-facing products and decision-support systems.

The role also includes stakeholder engagement with farmers, poultry specialists, engineers and researchers, alongside knowledge transfer activities that embed data science capability within FLOX and contribute to wider dissemination, publications and commercial innovation.
