Job Description:
Lancaster University is seeking an IT Engineer to join a faculty-based team delivering second-line technical support for University IT services. You will provide on-site and remote assistance to staff and students, using ITIL-based processes to manage incidents and service requests, and maintain systems to support teaching and administration.
You’ll work with AV services to support learning spaces and collaborate with ISS teams on new and existing services, combining IT and problem-solving
