IT Service Desk Analyst – 1st Line Support (Growth Path)

Circle Recruitment is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst (1st Line) in Huddersfield to provide first-line IT support across the firm, troubleshooting Microsoft 365 issues and handling helpdesk tickets to restore services quickly.

The role requires 6+ months in a similar 1st line role, experience with MS 365, Azure and Windows 10/11, and strong communication. You must be able to work in a busy team and travel to a different office when required.
