1st & 2nd Line IT Support Engineer | On-site & Travel

Bidwells in Cambridge is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join the Service Desk, delivering 1st and 2nd line IT support and ensuring colleagues stay productive. You will resolve incidents, manage assets and work across hardware and software environments.

You will travel monthly to regional offices including Oxford, Milton Keynes, Norwich, and London, performing in‑person support when required and building strong cross‑team relationships. A full UK driving licence is essential.
