Senior Paralegal – Motor Litigation, Glasgow

Davies seeks a Senior Paralegal for its Motor team in Glasgow. The role involves managing a personal caseload within Scottish motor litigation, devising initial case strategies and driving cases toward evidential hearings in line with client guidelines.

You will negotiate with Insured, Insurer and Third Party solicitors to secure rapid, appropriate settlements and maintain rigorous file management, including billing and MIS updates. Compliance with SRA Standards & Regulations is required.
