Duty Manager: Lead a Busy Hotel Team & Guest Service

Premier Inn Cockermouth is seeking a confident Duty Manager to help run the hotel on your shift, supporting reception, housekeeping and restaurant teams to ensure guests have a great stay. You’ll lead from the front, brief teams, coach colleagues, resolve guest queries, and step in across departments during busy periods.

This role offers a clear path to management, with permanent hours and ongoing training to help you progress toward a Hotel Manager role.
