Shop Manager: Lead a Busy Charity Shop Team

Oxfam is seeking an experienced Shop Manager to lead our Oxfam Shop in a dynamic retail environment. You will motivate staff and volunteers, drive sales, ensure excellent customer service and uphold safeguarding and diversity commitments.
