Learning Support Assistant – Inspire Inclusive Progress

The Frances Bardsley Academy, part of LIFE Education Trust in Romford, invites applications for a Learning Support Assistant. You will work with SEND, EAL and disadvantaged students to promote inclusion, wellbeing and academic progress.

The role requires understanding of diverse learning needs, ability to use Microsoft Office, plan effectively, and collaborate with colleagues in a supportive, girl-only environment with strong CPD and wellbeing services.
