Hybrid Customer Fulfillment Specialist – OTIF Delivery

Marshalls plc in Mells is seeking a Customer Fulfilment Advisor to join our team on a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday. The role blends three days in the office with two days at home, focusing on seamless order processing and delivery coordination to uphold OTIF targets and customer satisfaction.

You will input and manage orders, coordinate with Logistics, resolve issues swiftly, and contribute to continuous improvement while delivering a high standard of service and support across internal teams.
