Youth Careers & Employability Project Officer

Lancashire County Council is seeking an Engage Academy Project Officer to support care-experienced young people across Lancashire with CEIAG and employability guidance.

You will deliver one-to-one careers education, help coordinate the Engage Academy 12-week programme, and work with carers, social workers, providers and employers to unlock opportunities for progression into education, training or work. Interview date: 15 October 2026.
