Customer Experience Champion – Aberdeen Banking

Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at Aberdeen Union Street branch to greet customers, process transactions, and help with technology in the banking hall. You’ll work a 35-hour week on a rota, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm, across multiple channels.

You’ll build relationships, answer calls, and seek ways to improve the customer experience while delivering friendly, efficient service within a supportive team.
