Shift Leader: Drive a Fast, Customer‑First Experience

Greggs in Bradford is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the shop when the Store Manager isn’t around and to drive excellent customer experiences. You will motivate the team and ensure colleagues have what they need to excel.

Shifts are 5 days over 7, early starts at 5am and closing shifts until 18:30. The role is 25 contract hours per week with weekend rota shifts. Benefits include discounts, free hot drinks, paid breaks, profit sharing and pension support.
