John Lewis Partnership is seeking a Customer Assistant for one of our John Lewis stores. You will deliver outstanding customer service, use product knowledge to help customers, and drive sales while maintaining high shop standards.
You’ll work flexibly across the shop, including till support, stock replenishment, price ticketing and general shop-keeping. You will place the customer at the heart of every interaction and seek to resolve queries quickly and professionally.
