Flagship Irish Bar General Manager

Kennedy’s Irish Bars in Altrincham is seeking a General Manager to own the day-to-day operation of a busy, high-volume Irish bar. This hands-on leadership role requires you to set the tone on the floor, drive guest experience, and take accountability for financial performance, including sales, margin, labour control and overall profitability.

You’ll lead from the front, build a strong team, manage stock and supplier relations, and uphold authentic hospitality.
