Customer Support Agent – Inbound Calls & Payments

Marston Holdings Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Agent for a full-time fixed-term contract of 3 months. You will handle inbound calls, process payments, assist with applications, and respond to a wide range of queries in a professional and empathetic manner.

The role is 37.5 hours per week, with shifts between 8am–8pm, Monday to Friday, offering a dynamic team environment and opportunities to gain valuable contact centre experience.
