Branch Banking Advisor: Customer Experience

Nationwide is seeking a Customer Representative to support customers in branch, over the phone and online in Manchester. You will handle everyday transactions, answer queries and guide customers to banking services and digital tools.

The role is full-time, 35 hours per week, with a 45-minute commute to the branch. You’ll be part of a local branch team, contributing to a service that keeps branches open and accessible in communities across the region.
