Groups Coordinator — Hospitality & Events Leader

Leonardo Royal Hotel Glasgow is seeking a proactive Groups Coordinator to support a cluster of Leonardo Hotels and handle customer enquiries for group visits efficiently. You’ll be a strong communicator, build relationships and maintain meticulous admin for bookings and reports.

You’ll identify sales leads, share weekly reservations updates with the hotels, input rooming lists, ensure payment before check-in, and load offers into Opera.
