City & County Healthcare Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an ECM Officer to join us on a full-time basis. You will manage the Electronic Call Monitoring (ECM) system to track carer visits at clients’ homes and produce reports for management information, payroll and invoicing.
The ideal candidate will have experience with ECM or similar systems, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication abilities to liaise with staff and carers while upholding company privacy policies.
