Patient Experience Lead: Ward Admin & Front Desk

Spire Parkway Hospital in Solihull is seeking an experienced Ward Admin & Reception Team Lead to join on a full-time, permanent basis. You will lead front-of-house services, ensuring a seamless, welcoming patient experience and oversee admissions.

Reporting to the hospital management, you will supervise the reception team, manage rosters, and coordinate with clinical teams to support patient flow and billing processes across SAP systems.
