Assistant Store Manager – Lead Team, Grow Sales & Service

HR Partner in Northallerton is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Northallerton store. The role is full time (40 hours) with a salary of £28,500 per year, and you will maximise profit while controlling costs and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will recruit, train, and develop the team, supervise stock and inventory, analyse sales data, and drive growth using Google Workspace and our MEPOS systems.
