Facilities Maintenance Lead – Health & Wellbeing Campus

Nuffield Health is seeking a Building Maintenance Manager for our Chigwell site. You will oversee the whole site from the building shell to surrounding grounds, and maintain facilities including pools, plant, air conditioning, heating and ventilation. You will lead the team and run a preventative maintenance programme using our CAFM system.
