WAREHOUSE OPERATIVES – WEEKENDS

The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting on behalf of an industry-leading client in the Doncaster area.

We are looking for multiple Warehouse Operatives to join the team.

KEY DETAILS

Location: DN9Start Date: 9TH OCTOBER

Shifts: Weekends Midnight until Finish

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Temp to PermPermanent Positions: Available for the right candidatesPPE: Required before startingWork Location: In person

THE ROLE

As a Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include:

• Sorting and organising incoming parcels accurately and efficiently
• Using conveyor belts, scanners and other warehouse equipment
• Correctly labelling and categorising parcels
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Identifying and reporting damaged parcels
• Working as part of a team to meet deadlines
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Following all company health, safety and security procedures

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Previous warehouse, logistics or parcel-sorting experience is preferred but not essential.

You will need to:

• Be comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
• Be able to lift packages of varying weights
• Have good attention to detail
• Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Be reliable and committed to your shifts
• Be able to work nights, including weekends
• Have reliable transport to and from the warehouse

IMPORTANT

PPE MUST BE AVAILABLE BEFORE YOU START.

This is an ongoing position with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate.
