Facilities Commercial Manager – Multi-Site Resort

Butlin’s in Minehead is seeking a Facilities Commercial Assistant Manager to lead and optimise the operations of retail venues, splash water-world, and events spaces across the resort. The role covers hard FM responsibilities, day-to-day maintenance, and strong contractor liaison to sustain guest experiences.

You will manage multi-site facilities teams, drive safety compliance, and deliver small works while supporting long-term asset care strategies.
