Helpdesk & Client Support Coordinator

Bidvest Noonan is seeking a reliable admin coordinator to join our helpdesk operations in Newry, Northern Ireland. You will be the first point of contact for client inquiries via telephone and email, coordinating with tradesmen and subcontractors to respond to and resolve requests promptly.

You will support the operations team during busy periods, track costs and labour on quoted works, and assist with back-up coverage.
