Production Team Lead — Growth & Progression

Dunbia is seeking a capable Team Leader to join our production team on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. You will supervise operatives, ensure safe, accurate and timely production, maintain product quality and label/print accuracy, and contribute to continuous improvement on the line.

You will record all shift information on standard sheets, report any anomalies to the Production Manager, and help implement changes to product specifications and testing procedures to meet operational standards.
