• Management experience in a busy hospitality or QSR environment

• Commercial awareness across sales, labour and stock

You’ll be responsible for:

• Running the restaurant day to day




• Leading, motivating and developing your team




• Driving sales, service and operational performance




• Managing rotas, stock and costs




• Maintaining high standards of food safety, compliance and guest experience
