Retail Department Lead — Coaching & Customer Service

Halfords in Bedford is recruiting for a part-time role (20 hours per week) on the shop floor to lead a department and develop your management potential. You will supervise a small team, drive great customer service, and support the store management in delivering market-leading standards.

You’ll also be involved in coaching others, meeting deadlines, and contributing to achieving sales targets while benefiting from training to grow within the Halfords Group.
