Retail Customer Service Manager – Flexible 4-Week Rota

Entain is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager to deliver top customer service in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. Reporting to the Shop Manager, you will lead the shop team and build relationships to encourage repeat customers.

Salary is £13.00 per hour with a 20-hour weekly rota. You will demonstrate products, handle transactions, resolve complaints with empathy, and maintain high shop standards across opening/closing duties.
