Retail Supervisor – Lead Customer Experience & Operations

The London Museum is seeking two full-time Retail Supervisors to lead our busy retail team, delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting the day-to-day operation of our shops.

Ideal candidates will have experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills, and a passion for retail and visitor service. Previous museum experience is not required.
