Store Leader & Activism-Driven Customer Experience

The Body Shop is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team, drive sales and create an engaging customer experience in our UK stores. You will partner with the Shop Manager to deliver retail excellence and bring the brand’s activist purpose to life for customers.

You will manage a team, shape the customer journey, use KPI data to make decisions, and develop staff while achieving targets and stock control. This role requires flexibility across weekends and holidays.
