Shift Supervisor: Customer-First Retail Leader

Greggs Buxton is looking for a Shift Manager to lead a team and ensure excellent customer service across in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect and drive-thru channels. You will supervise the shop when the Manager is away, motivate the team and provide what they need to do an amazing job.

Typical shifts involve inspiring your colleagues to maintain high standards, serving customers swiftly, preparing products and keeping displays stocked and the shop presentable.
