Parts Advisor – Automotive Parts Specialist

Group 1 Automotive is seeking a Parts Advisor for Mercedes-Benz Coventry. You will provide excellent customer service face-to-face and over the phone, guiding customers on parts availability and orders, while working in a fast-paced retail centre.

You will build relationships with customers and suppliers, handle inbound and outbound calls, manage parts stock, and use our systems to log orders. The role offers training, career progression and a supportive team in a growing automotive group.
