Job Summary

Pertemps North Midlands seeks Warehouse Operatives for a distribution site at Draycott in the Clay, DE6 5BP.

This full-time, Monday to Friday contract pays £12.71 hourly on the 6:00am–2:00pm shift, or £13.98 hourly on 10:00am–6:00pm.

Own transport proves essential.

Immediate starts are offered. Prior experience within a similar setting helps, though training may be given. Suited to those seeking steady hours and weekly wages.

Location

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders
• Checking products and quantities
• Labelling and preparing goods for dispatch
• Sorting and organising stock
• Moving stock around the warehouse
• Loading and unloading goods where required
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• Carrying out basic stock checks
• Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment
• Following health & safety procedures
• Working as part of a team and following instructions from supervisors

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual candidates
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work Monday to Friday
• Positive attitude and good work ethic
• Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential
• Own transport is essential due to the location
• Available for an immediate start
