Community Health Engagement Specialist

Connect2Dorset, on behalf of LiveWell Dorset, is seeking an Engagement Coordinator in Weymouth. You will act as a key ambassador, building relationships in local communities to raise awareness of the health support available and encourage positive lifestyle changes.

The role involves delivering health interventions such as blood pressure checks, engaging groups both face-to-face and online, and supporting NHS Health Checks with training provided. 37 hours per week; temporary (1 year).
