Brook Street Social Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide one-to-one care for a male adult with a brain injury in the Keynsham area. The role covers home and community support, promoting independence and social inclusion, and requires a driver with a full UK licence.
Shifts run Saturday and Sunday 9:00am–5:00pm with potential 2–3 weekday evenings as the package develops; enhance wellbeing, dignity, and personal interests through person-centred support.
