We are looking for an experienced 360° Demolition Machine Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating 360° excavators safely and efficiently on demolition sites, carrying out demolition works, loading waste, and supporting site operations while maintaining high health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate 360° excavators for demolition and associated works.
• Carry out structural demolition safely and efficiently.
• Load and segregate demolition waste for removal and recycling.
• Conduct daily pre-start checks and report any defects.
• Work closely with site supervisors and other operatives.
• Ensure all work complies with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
• Maintain plant in a clean and serviceable condition.

Requirements:

• Valid CPCS or NPORS 360° Excavator Operator card.
• Demolition experience is essential.
• Good understanding of demolition techniques and site safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
