Domiciliary Care Supervisor – Paid On-Call & Quality Lead

Novus Care Limited is seeking a Domiciliary Field Care Supervisor to support care staff, maintain service excellence and work with the Registered Manager to ensure compliance and quality. You will supervise care delivery, conduct client assessments, and update person-centred care plans to meet individual needs.

You will liaise with families, GPs and external professionals, monitor medication administration and participate in audits.
