Location: London-only – hybrid role with 40-60% of your week spent in our South London Centre. There is also an expectation to travel to other UK Trust offices when necessary.

Things run better when someone is keeping the details organised, the priorities moving and the right people connected. As an Executive Assistant at The King’s Trust, you’ll play a key role behind the scenes, providing high-impact support to senior leaders and helping ensure they can focus on delivering the greatest impact for young people across the UK.

This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same. One day you might be coordinating meetings, managing diaries and preparing papers; the next, you’ll be building relationships with stakeholders, organising events or helping colleagues solve problems. If you’re naturally organised, proactive and enjoy being the person people rely on to keep things running smoothly, you’ll thrive in this role.

To hit the ground running, you’ll have:

  • Experience in an administrative, PA, Executive Assistant or business support role
  • Experience managing diaries, meetings and competing priorities
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence using digital systems
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Experience working with a range of stakeholders and building effective working relationships
