Hybrid Property Inspections Coordinator – Lettings

Confidential, a busy Residential Lettings team, invites applications for a Property Inspections Team Coordinator. The role supports the Property Inspections Team, with hybrid work between Head Office in Springfield, Chelmsford, and home, Monday to Friday.

You will book visits, manage inventories in Reapit, coordinate diaries, and assist with deposits and reporting. After probation, you will work 2 days at home and 3 days at Head Office; full-time hours 8:30–17:30.
