As a Deli Sales Associate, you’ll combine a passion for premium food with a flair for customer service, helping customers discover new flavours while delivering the warm, personal experience that makes Fortnum & Mason unique.

What You’ll Do:
- Prepare, replenish and beautifully present a variety of fresh Deli products, maintaining our exceptional standards throughout the day
- Provide a warm, personalised luxury experience, helping customers discover the very best of Fortnum’s Deli
- Develop strong product knowledge and confidently offer recommendations to customers based on their needs and preferences
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in a fast paced environment in a similar role in food
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service
- A friendly warm approach with great people skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
- Outstanding communication skills

Please note, this is an active and physically demanding role, involving extended periods on your feet while preparing a high volume of products in our busy Deli environment.
